Maine - Cave Cottage - Current Rental Manager Cave Cottage - Old Indian caves are at the bottom of the steps (now filled in).  

In the 1900s, steamers brought Boston families to inns in local harbors for the summer (Green Shutters Inn on Bay Street is still there.) Cave Cottage is located in the historic Art Colony of Mount Pisgah (Plaque at top of Hill) where art workshops were held for visiting families.  The brown octagonal house next door was a fort. This vacation rental is walkable to downtown BBH via the famous footbridge across the waterway.
